Feast’s Structures.

Most of the feasts follow traditional structures based on the establishment of brotherhoods that take a certain image to be worshipped. Every year there will be a Butler (mayordomo) that will be named at the end of the year’s celebration. From then on the Butler will contact his friends and family for support. The names of the men and women in charge will be posted in the church’s door. The butler “hooks” his friends by sending loafs of bread with a card asking for food, drinks, music, dress for the image and that inclues meals before the day of the feast. On the day of the feast any one approaching should be treated to some food and drink as a matter of good manners. If participation in the feast is required a dealing could be arranged with the appointed Bultler. Contributing with food and drink will be welcomed.
